ASPAC International Social Film Festival
Dates and places The Ingré International Social Film Festival is a short fiction film festival organized by ASPAC.
The 2nd edition takes place from 3 to 5 June 2022 at the Espace Lionel Boutrouche in Ingré (Orleans agglomeration in FRANCE).
Conditions of registration Registration is made on Shortfilmdepot for a stamp and fees the amount of which is specified on , without limit of the number of short films per director and producers. A stamp and registration fees specified on the site will be requested.
Directors and producers must not be part of the family of a member of the jury. Directors and producers from all countries around the world can submit their films to the ASPAC International Social Film Festival.
The films proposed for pre-selection must:
- be fiction,
- be completed after 1 January 2020,
- not to exceed 20 minutes generic included,
- be in French or subtitled in French if necessary.

he festival reserves the right to modify the programming, to make an exceptional derogation or to cancel the festival in case of force majeure.
Theme of the festival The films in competition must deal with social topics such as precariousness, school, education, immigration, racism, illness, disability, police, army, delinquency, prostitution, rape, drugs, marriage, divorce, homosexuality, parenthood, fashion, childhood, adolescence, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
Rights The director or producer certifies by validating his registration, to be in possession of all the rights inherent in his film and authorizes its screening during the festival.
The organizers of the Ingré Social Film Festival cannot be held responsible in the event of a dispute. For award-winning films, the festival will be able to broadcast them outside the festival to promote the festival.
The participants transfer to the Festival, without compensation, the right to broadcast the films selected for the public screenings of the festival, the jury screenings and the press screenings.
They also assign the right to reproduce images or extracts of less than one minute of these films for distribution in the press, on TV channels, and on the Internet. The winners agree to appear on the Facebook page, Instagram and the ASPAC website. In addition, they accept that their films be shown on the ASPAC website and/or at the Orléans cinemas. This authorization is valid for one year, until the next edition.
Selection Short films will be judged according to criteria such as the treatment of the theme, the originality of the scenario, the sound and image quality...
The festival's selection committee screens the works of the candidates and selects those who will participate in the competition.
The list of selected films will be available on the ASPAC Facebook page and website: www.aspac.fr, by April 15, 2022 at the latest No withdrawal of a film is possible once pre-selected during registration. The directors and producers of the selected films will be contacted. They will have to send within 10 days an MP4 file of the movie. If the file turns out to be of too poor quality, a previously selected movie may be removed from the selection.
Jury and prizes The jury is made up of film professionals. The prizes will be awarded to the films chosen by this jury following the selection, and awarded at the closing ceremony on Sunday, June 5, 2022 in Ingré.
Depending on the awards, the winners will receive a sum of money or on loan of equipment for a future shoot. On the other hand, they will all receive the original trophy of our Festival, created by a local artist.

The selected directors undertake, as far as possible, to participate in the debate with the public during the screening and to be present at the award ceremony. ASPAC will fund the equivalent of a round trip by train in 2nd class Paris-Orléans to participate in the award ceremony. Any costs beyond this amount are not covered by ASPAC (additional cost for transport, accommodation, catering,...).
Conditions of participation in the Festival Submitting a film to the Festival implies full acceptance of the conditions mentioned above.
